Two Mile Marker

I completed the 2 mile video today of Leslie Sansone’s Walk Away the Pounds videos. The next objective will be to complete it twice in a day which would be a total walked of 4 miles. I’m finding that some of my stamina is starting to develop better than it was. Takes a lot to accomplish that in someone my size but you know, small steps grow into bigger steps.

Woah… looks like I’ve got a pile of stuff in my todo list of entries and haven’t finished writing them. So time to catch up.

I’ve hit a new milestone this morning. On the 2 mile Walk Away the Pounds video, I’ve reached the 1.5 mile point!
As expected the system has also kicked into less appettite mode which will aid me in rearranging my eating patterns to a more healthy pattern. A lot of people seem to think that exercise will make them more hungry or more tired. I don’t find either. I find my appettite drops off and while I don’t sleep any differently, I am not as tired during the day. Being a long standing insomniac, not feeling as tired is a good thing.
Within the next few days. I should be hitting the two mile mark.. which means that I’ll be doing 30 minutes of brisk exercise each time I do the video. I’m told that 30 minutes of brisk exercise at least 3 times a week is healthy and can make a definite difference on health and weight.
So, are you up and moving yet?
LATER (3:30pm) I just added a mile to the total for the day. Did the 1 mile video all the way through…. today’s tally… 2.5 miles!
