Baird Needs to Get a Clue

Harper started the new year off by shuffling his cabinet. Not something unusual for any Prime Minister. The primary purpose of this shuffle was to move Rona Ambrose out of the Environment portfolio which she had effectively turned into a joke. That has not been completely her fault when she was being micromanaged from within the PM’s office. Something this PM seems to be intent on doing across the board.
The Boy has replaced her with his trusted boy, John Baird. With him there there might just be a shot at the Conservatives actually producing an environmental policy that isn’t a joke. Harper apparently has decided that the environment just might be an issue, including global warming. Wonder if being able to stand outside for a press conference in his suit coat in early January Ottawa could give him a clue on that subject?Â
