Caught an article in the Toronto Star the other day about the parents of a child in Seattle, Washington who had a series of treatments performed on their severely disabled child to stunt her growth, weight and inhibit the development of periods and her breasts. The child has the mental age of about a 3 month old and is chronologically 9 years old.
