The Toronto Star today is reporting that Moscow has confirmed that they have sold Iran short range air defense missiles. That news becomes a bit of a concern when the leadership of that country is defiant and confrontational particularly towards the US and Israel.

In Bush’s speech last week on Iraq mention was made that patriot missiles were being moved into the area within striking distance of Iran which raised concerns that Bush may have plans in play to open an additional front in the Middle East by a strike on Iran.
