Some have refered to the attack ads released this weekend by the Tories as ‘smart politics’ while many others have indicated they not only dislike the concept but are growing increasingly weary of a constant election campaign, the petty politics and the cheap shots.

Questions were raised yesterday about potential copyright issues in the Tories use of the Liberal leadership footage in the ads. At this point it is unknown how the Tories obtained the footage they used.Â
