		<description>Thanks for letting me know Dino. The theory that the companies will pay for the carbon credits before doing the retrofits may hold true to some degree. If they are looking at billions rather thank millions to buy the credits and they have to buy them again even every two years they may well decide to bite the bullet and do the retrofits. The incentives become a lot larger once a zero or two gets added to the end of the cost.</description>
